Sudoku Cats Master

Your privacy matters. This document explains how Sudoku Cats Master ("we," "us," "our") collects and uses your personal information while you play sudoku puzzle games — and what control you keep over it.
We collect two categories of data: information generated automatically, and information you provide with permission.
We use your personal information to keep Sudoku Cats Master working, handle accounts and payouts, send relevant updates, and improve the gameplay experience.
Certain circumstances require us to share information — never randomly:

PayPal data protection: We will never sell or rent your PayPal account email. It is shared only to process your withdrawal, with your consent, or as required by law.

Not playing for a while? After 90 days of inactivity, we delete your personal information from our active systems. Aggregated, anonymized usage metrics may remain for internal analysis.
Endpoint: https://gsiw.sudokucats.com — used for anonymized analytics, puzzle delivery, progress sync, updates, and support. All traffic uses TLS 1.2+ with role-based access, data minimization, audits, and DPAs.
Ads may be served through AppLovin and its mediation network.

Security isn't an afterthought — we encrypt sensitive personal information (TLS 1.2+), restrict access to authorized personnel, conduct regular audits, and require partners to match our standards. No method is perfectly secure; we use commercially reasonable protections.
We do not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Personal information may be processed on servers outside your home country. Cross-border transfers rely on TLS 1.2+ and contractual safeguards so your data receives comparable protection wherever it is handled.
Sudoku Cats Master is not designed for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact hesapplication@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Sudoku Cats Master may link to external sites or services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are independent — review those policies before sharing personal information.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will investigate promptly and, where required by law, notify affected users and regulators within 72 hours of becoming aware, along with recommended protective steps.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT, Sudoku Cats Master does not currently alter its data practices based solely on DNT signals. You can still control advertising identifiers and exercise opt-out rights as described above.
